  Welcome to Agamana Stays. By booking with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making your reservation.
 
  1. Booking & Payments
  
    - All bookings are subject to availability and will be confirmed only after full or partial payment.
 
   - Guests can book directly through our website or by contacting our reservation team at +91 86609 91527.
 
    - Advance payment may be required to secure the reservation. Payment instructions will be provided during booking.
 
    
 
  2. Check-in / Check-out
  
   - Check-in time: 1:00 PM
 
   - Check-out time: 11:00 AM
 
   - Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
 
 
 
  3. Cancellation & Refund Policy
      
    - Cancellations made more than 7 days prior to check-in are eligible for a full refund.
 
    - No refunds for cancellations made within 7 days of check-in or for no-shows.
 
    - Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 business days.
 
    
 
  4. Property Rules
  
   - Smoking is not permitted inside the rooms.
 
   - Pets may be allowed with prior permission and may be subject to conditions.
 
   - Guests are requested to respect the tranquility of the surroundings and other guests.
 
   - Any damage to property or amenities will be charged to the guest.
 
  
 
  5. Activities & Safety
 
  - Activities such as dirt biking and cycling are subject to availability and safety conditions.
 
  - Guests must follow safety instructions provided by staff for any adventure or outdoor activities.
 
  - Agamana Stays is not liable for any injury or accident occurring during recreational activities.
 
  
 
  6. Privacy
  
  - Guest information will be kept confidential and used only for booking and service-related purposes.
