1. Cancellation & Refund Eligibility
- Cancellations made **7 days or more** before the check-in date are eligible for a **full refund**.
- Cancellations made **within 7 days** of the check-in date are **non-refundable**.
- **No-shows** or same-day cancellations will not be eligible for any refund.
2. How to Cancel

- Refunds will be processed only after we receive a written cancellation confirmation.
3. Refund Timeline
- If eligible, refunds will be processed within **7–10 business days** from the cancellation confirmation date.
- Refunds will be made through the same payment method used during booking.
4. Non-Refundable Conditions
- Special promotional or discounted bookings may carry a **non-refundable** clause, which will be clearly stated during booking.
- Refunds will not be provided for unused services or early check-outs.
5. Force Majeure
Agamana Stays is not liable for cancellations due to events beyond our control (natural disasters, government restrictions, etc.). In such cases, we may offer date changes or credit vouchers at our discretion.
